PTSD: Causes of PTSD and PTSD symptoms
The shocking truth about trauma and why you haven’t made any progress with it.
Trauma has been one of the most talked-about topics for years and it’s for good reason considering it affects so many populations. Not to mention there is virtually no cure.
It has been labeled as one of the toughest disorders to conquer and there are a ton of reasons why that’s true.
Now there is a specific reason why it’s been so difficult of a problem to solve and I’m going to give you the reason why. I’m doing this to bring awareness to this cause and to help you get your life back.
You may not be aware of this but trauma really isn’t a problem related to the brain. It’s a problem related to the nervous system because there is a mechanism in us all called the fight or flight response.
When the fight or flight response is activated too often or too harshly, we begin to get PTSD like symptoms.

If you’re having trouble understanding that, no problem. Let me break it down a little more with an example.
So let’s say you are notorious for driving over speed bumps and potholes.
Well, after a while your car is going to get damage. It’s just normal wear and tear. But let’s say you run over a big pothole that wrecks your car. Your car is then in the shop for weeks and makes a weird sound after it’s been fixed.(Especially if you go to my mechanic.)
This is similar to how PTSD works.
It’s sometimes one big event or several small ones that lead to your mind breaking down. And when I say breaking down, I mean feeling on edge all the time and having this unbelievable fear about things that used to seem neutral. Possibly even having nightmares or flashbacks about the situation or even worse, feeling like you’re never going to get better.
These are all symptoms of PTSD. You don’t need a diagnosis of PTSD to spot them.
These are all signs of PTSD and sometimes if left untreated they can explode and become worse (kinda like that ‘95 Civic that left me stranded on the highway).
But how do you treat it?
That’s the million-dollar question here. If you are reading this, chances are you’ve tried therapy.
Antidepressants may help control symptoms such as sadness, worry, anger, and feeling numb inside. But they sometimes require a lifetime of treatment.
The truth is most traditional treatments don’t work well for PTSD.
Cognitive behavior therapy, meditation mindfulness working out. All are great at making you feel better if you suffer from PTSD but they don’t do anything to really address the real problem.
Heck, you may have even tried CBD oils and nothing has really seemed to work for you right? You may feel better for a couple of days but that’s all it is, the symptoms return and you’re back to believing that nothing can help you.
If that’s the case, don’t worry! It doesn’t mean you aren’t going to get better!
What it really means is the true trauma isn’t being treated.
All the approaches above fall into one of one category. They work towards relieving the symptom but not truly addressing the real problem. Which resides in your anderline system. See, like I said before, this problem is related to your body’s fight or flight response.
What this means is approaches like medication seek to suppress this adrenaline system. Or to reason with it through some form of therapy. Which is an okay solution but sometimes they end up doing more harm than good because when they don’t work they leave the person feeling like they are a failure. Which isn’t true. You are not a failure.
It’s not that you can’t get better, you can. You just have to work on you recalibrating your adrenaline system.

Once you work on that, you will see a major difference in how you perceive the world. Now you may be asking yourself, how the heck do I work on my adrenaline system?
You may be wondering if you have to take some pills or mushrooms to balance you out. And the answer is a flat-out NO. You don’t have to take another pill.
You just have to do this one thing.
This one thing is work with the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is responsible for controlling the body’s fight or flight response.
So, if you can work with this part of your mind, you can notice a dramatic difference in how you feel. But this leads you to another question. Which is, how do you work on your subconscious mind?
Please don’t worry, I have the answer for you. But before I give it to you, I would like you to imagine this. If your problem could get better, what would get better?
That’s right. I want you to take a break and stop focusing on what you don’t want and actually focus on what you do want.
Seriously, stop reading this for a minute and focus on what you want and how things would improve for your life.
…..
How did that feel? Didn’t it feel more freeing and liberating? Didn’t it feel more empowering? That’s because you shifted your focus which momentarily shifted your attention.
To break it down even more, you created a trance-like state and that broke you out of the trance you were currently experiencing.
Now you may be wondering why I shared that with you right? You may be thinking to yourself, why did this dude have me do a bootleg mediation technique???
And the answer is simple. I wanted to show you that you were creating a trance state. This trance state may have to interrupt your body’s fight or flight response.
Your body’s fight or flight response is also another trance state.
The best way to break that trance and to simultaneously speak to your subconscious mind is through the use of Hypnosis.

Which sounds a bit off initially, but hear me out. Hypnosis works by speaking directly to your subconscious mind and helping you overcome your problem state. Just think of all that’s possible If you were able to speak to your subconscious mind.
Now I have to be honest with you. You could go to some other hypnotist or watch a youtube video and try to just live with this problem. And it might or might not work. There is a big chance it won’t work because you won’t see results immediately. We have a bias as humans to downplay the effectiveness of things if we don’t see results immediately.
It’s kind of like when you go to the gym and after one day you look at yourself in the mirror and you don’t see results so you stop trying. That’s the problem with the other approaches I mentioned above.
But my approach is just a little different. See, I’ve been working with trauma as a licensed therapist for over 12 years. So I’ve seen some things. And I know what works fast and what doesn’t work fast.
I’ve developed this super easy way to treat trauma. It’s so easy in fact that I can guarantee you will see incredible results in just two sessions or I’ll give you a refund.
Yep, you read that right. I’m guaranteeing that you will see a difference in your symptoms in just two sessions or I’ll give you a refund!
Now I know this is a big claim with PTSD. But I can back it up.
Treatment for PTSD hasn’t been the best because PTSD therapy usually ignores the three reasons for the adrenaline system being activated. There are three causes of adrenaline being activated which are stress, a threat, or excitement.
This is why therapy for PTSD has not been effective.
I’ve learned through this process I call state manipulation how to train you to not only eliminate this state when you want, but how to also elicit the excited state when you want. (And yes this works with Complex PTSD.)
What this means for you is you no longer will find yourself paranoid that something bad is going to happen. Or struggle to go places because you have this fear of impending doom within you.
After this process, you will notice a transformative internal shift on how you feel and how you see the world..this is the best help for PTSD.
Plus I’m going to be including a few things just for you.
These things include a few programs that I created over the years for my clients and I’m giving them away to you for free because I’m so invested in helping you recover and I feel like these tools would be great add-ons in order to help you take your life to the next level.
They include the color technique which is a powerful process that allows you to eliminate any uncomfortable emotions within yourself in a matter of seconds.
The next one is the confidence trigger which is a technique that once applied correctly can help you create a god-like state where you feel invincible.
The final one is a money meditation in order to start attracting abundance into your life. This is a training that I use every day and that several other people have reported has dramatically shifted their relationship with money.
You got all these for free just for working with me as well as the guarantee that if you don’t see results within just two sessions you get a refund.
So now you have two options
You can either continue going to see your therapist or taking the prescribed medication and suffering the fate that you’ve been suffering of not getting better.
Or you could take a literally risk-free opportunity with me and see whether or not you’re going to change. Which, trust me. I’m going to work my hardest to ensure that you get the desired change immediately.
So honestly, what do you have to lose? You have nothing to lose except for overthinking the worrying aspect of life. You have everything to gain once you take a leap of faith.
Feel free to give me a call if you have more questions about this process.
